Equonix.com in Liquidation

On April 20th 2006 Equonix Technologies went into liquidation. Chief Executive Lewis Carter called it a “Grey Cloud over a hot summer’s day”

The company was part of a strategic MBO led by Carter back in January 2006 Carter, based in Michigan continued on: “Unfortunately we could not secure the efficient funds to run this operation and had to reduce heads and cut costs even further to the point we were unable to provide World Class Service which has always been our slogan”

On April 24th a New Jersey Holding Company purchased assets of Equonix Technologies including Owned Software Licenses and applications. The firm obtained Previous Board of Directors & Employee personal information setting up "fake aliases" and using this to setup PayPal accounts across varies countries. A legal case has been filed.
